WPP Scangroup Approves KES5bn Sale of Stake in Kantar

WPP Scangroup expects to return 40% proceeds from sale of its stake in Kantar businesses in Africa to shareholders in a special dividend, company says in statement emailed from Nairobi Securities Exchange.

* Sale includes 100% stake in Millward Brown East Africa, Millward Brown Nigeria, Millward Brown West Africa, and all its 80% in Research and Marketing Group Investment, a Kantar holding company;
