Unilever Nigeria to Sell Margarine Business to Sigma Bidco

Company planning to sell spreads business including Blue Brand margarine to Sigma Bidco, an entity incorporated by KKR & Co., Nigerian company says in a statement published in Lagos-based BusinessDay newspaper.
