Total’s Senegal Unit to List on West African Bourse Oct. 10

Total Senegal SA will proceed Oct. 10 to public offering on Bourse Regionale des Valeurs Mobilieres, or BRVM, based in Ivory Coast’s commercial capital Abidjan, stock exchange says in e-mailed statement.

BRVM doesn’t say how much capital will be sold. It’s first listing at the BRVM since 2010.

NOTE: April 3, the bourse said Total Senegal would list 33% of its capital on the stock exchange, incl. 13% in public offering.
