South Africa’s Adcock Ingram Buys 100% of Genop Holdings

Company concludes agreement to acquire 100% of Genop Holdings and its units for a confidential purchase price, payable in cash.

* Genop is an instrument, surgical and pharmaceutical products company focused on ophthalmic, optometry, skincare, aesthetic and plastic surgery segments in Southern Africa, with historic revenue of about 400m rand a year;
