SA Approves Sea Harvest Acquisition of Ladismith Cheese

South Africa’s Competition Tribunal approved fishing group Sea Harvest’s acquisition of Ladismith Cheese Company without conditions.

When the transaction is complete, Sea Harvest, through its unit Cape Harvest Food Group will control the dairy producer, the antitrust regulator said in an emailed statement Thursday.
