Natbrew Zambia Says Chibuku Breweries Buys 70% of Its Shares

Delta unit Chibuku Breweries bought 44.1m Natbrew shares from Heinrich’s, representing 70% of its issued shares, at 2.80 kwacha each on Dec. 29, company says in statement emailed by Lusaka Securities Exchange.
