Morocco’s BCP Buys BPCE’s Cameroonian Unit, No Terms

Banque Centrale Populaire to develop Banque Internationale du Cameroun Pour L’Epargne et le Crédit after finalizing Tuesday the acquisition of BPCE’s 68.5% stake in Douala, the Casablanca based lender said in a statement.
