Lotus Bakeries to Buy BEAR Producer Grassroots in South Africa

Lotus Bakeries agrees to buy production facilities of Grassroots, exclusive producer of healthy fruit snacks range BEAR in South Africa, from majority owner Acorn, according to emailed statement.
