Liberty Unit Stanlib Asset Management Acquires SIMS in Ghana

Acquisition of 100% of Standard Bank Investment Management Services Ghana is in line w/ Liberty’s plans to increase investment, insurance business in Africa, Liberty says in e-mailed statement.
