Havas Buys 49% Stake in Algeria-Based Agencies Ganfood, HVS

Havas buys 49% stake in creative, consultancy agency Ganfood and media agency HVS, co. says in statement.

* Ganfood was created in 2003; clients include Heineken, Peugeot, Sanofi;
