Fusion Capital have announced an undisclosed investment in the KES2bn (USD22m) Meru Greenwood Park, an integrated development in the business district in Meru County.

The property – a joint investment with several local investors through a joint venture SPV – will include a shopping mall, office space, apartments, and recreational and sports facilities. Responding the devolution process in Kenya that introduced 47 counties, Fusion Capital have selected seven that will be targeted in their investment strategy in the first phase.

The company already has investments in six of those, Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kajiado, Kiambu and Muranga. Source: Africa Assets
