Fuchs Buys 50% Stakes in Three Distributors Based in Africa

Lubricant producer Fuchs has acquired 50% of the shares of three distributors based in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique.

* Companies employ 90 people, generated sales of around EUR 21 million in the 2018;
