First South Financial to Sell 50% Stake in Macquarie First South

First South Financial Services agrees to sell its 50% stake in Johannesburg-based cash securities, corporate finance business Macquarie First South, Macquarie Group says in e-mailed statement.

* Once deal completed, MFS will be wholly-owned by Macquarie; to be rebranded as Macquarie. Source: Bloomberg
