Equity Group Holdings to Buy Controlling Stake in BCDC Congo

Kenya’s biggest bank by market value plans to acquire a controlling stake in Banque Commerciale du Congo, according to an emailed statement, it’s second purchase in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
