CIEL Healthcare Raises Stake in Medical & Surgical to 44.9%

CIEL Healthcare of Mauritius acquires 86.2m shrs in The Medical and Surgical Centre at 1.75 rupees/shr, raising its stake from 29.8%, according to e-mailed statement from Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
