CI Capital Buys 60% Stake in Taaleem Management for EGP1.2b
Deal to buy the stake in Taaleem management Services Co. from Thebes Education Management Holding included a group of co-investors, CI Capital says in a statement.
* Purchase was made through newly-established investment vehicle, “EGY EDU Invest B.V.,” which is controlled by CI Capital;
* Out of the total 1.2b pounds, CI Capital committed 305m pounds while the rest came from regional and local institutions, including StonePine ACE Fund, a joint venture between StonePine Capital and ACE & Co;
