Air Holdings Makes Mandatory Offer for Air Mauritius Shares

Air Holdings offers 5.80 rupees per share to acquire all voting shares in Air Mauritius not already held.

Mandatory offer triggered by acquisition of 9.43 million shares from the State Investment Corp. and Rogers and Co. on Oct. 13
The offer is not subject to any conditions
