Tunisian Government to Sell Stake in Banque Zitouna

Government, Al Karama Holding and Portfolio Invest Company to sell 69.15% stake in Banque Zitouna, and 70% stake in Zitouna Takaful, Al Karama Holding CEO Adel Grar says in an interview in Tunis.

* Pre-qualified candidates will be chosen by June 11;
* NOTE: Banque Zitouna offers Islamic banking services and has 114 branches across Tunisia; Zitouna Takaful is the first insurance company in Tunisia operating on the takaful model. Source: Bloomberg
