Lux of Mauritius Sells 100% of SAS Les Villas Du Recif

Stake sold to Asian Prosperous Holding of Hong Kong, Lux Island Resorts says in statement e-mailed by Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

* SAS Les Villas du Récif owns, operates hotel Le Recif on Reunion Island;
* LUX Hospitality unit agrees “long-term” hotel management deal w/ new owner of hotel Le Recif;
* LUX Hospitality signs long-term management services agreement, technical advisory services agreement with SAS Le Superbe on design, development management of 5-star resort comprising 82 villas at St Phillippe on Reunion Island. Source: Bloomberg
