Amethis Acquires Stake in Rogers’ Hotel Unit Veranda Leisure

Amethis Finance Luxembourg, a manager of Africa-focused investment funds, acquired a stake in Veranda Leisure & Hospitality, a unit of Rogers, the Mauritian company says in an emailed statement.
