Auplata acquires Ivory Coast Mining Company OMCI

Auplata first French gold producer, announces the acquisition of 100 % stake in the Ivorian mining company OMCI with its historic shareholders, OSEAD and CMT (Mining Company Touissit).

IMCO is engaged in the research and development of mineral deposits, in particular gold, and marketing of products from the mining and processing of these ores.

The OMCI mining portfolio consists of two mineral projects: Mont Goma, near the town of Seguela in western Côte d’ Ivoire, and Adzopé, located near Abidjan in the south – east.
