Actis Unit Globeleq Sells Globeleq Africa to Norfund, CDC Group

Norfund pays $227m cash for 30% stake; CDC, which already owns majority indirect investment in Globeleq Africa via Actis Infrastructure 2 Fund, transferred its stake into new co. owned jointly w/Norfund, according to e-mailed statement from Actis.
